Liz Brown

Liz Brown is Cisco's Senior Director of HR for Americas Sales, reporting to Charlie Johnston.

Liz is partnering with Jeff Sharritts, SVP of Americas Sales. She leads Sales HR across the region, which employs over 6300 people in 41 Countries including US, Canada and Latin America. Liz is responsible for driving our people strategy, fostering diversity & inclusion, and growth among our amazing employees.

With over 20 years of global leadership, Liz has held business roles and HR leader roles ranging from US public sector focused to roles with a multinational scope. She has a proven ability to prepare and lead organizations through transformation and growth. Prior to joining Cisco in June 2018, she held senior HR leader positions at DXC and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services.

Liz is passionate about her family, friends and is a self-proclaimed “foodie nerd”. She attended James Madison University where she studied International Business, and is an active member of the CHRO Partner organization in Dallas, Texas.
